Barbara Farrah (D) on February 13, 2007, to allow more than one statewide “progressive jackpot” bingo game to be in progress at one time if one the games conducted by another licensee for the purpose of a common jackpot prize and consolation prize. A "progressive jackpot" means a bingo game conducted in conjunction with a large bingo occasion, where the value of the prize is carried forward to the next bingo occasion if no player bingos in a predetermined number of allowable calls.
