• Introduced by Rep. Gary McDowell (D) on February 7, 2007, to establish civil fines of $100, and up to $500 for subsequent offences, for depositing in a Michigan landfill of solid waste containing materials that are prohibited. Fines of up to $10,000 could be levied against a business that violates certain solid waste law provisions.
