Introduced by Rep. Robert Jones (D) on February 7, 2007, to require public schools to offer an alternative activity to biology class animal dissections if a pupil expresses a moral objection to the practice.
Referred to the House Education Committee on February 7, 2007.
1) Would this 'alternative' by Anonymous Citizen on February 12, 2007 include the proper use of bananas in the teaching. I had a moral objection to having to get up early in the morning to make it to school on time--but I had no choice. Solution? Don't take Biology. Continue to play in the sand box. Reply
