  • Introduced by Rep. Fred Miller on January 30, 2007, to allow local governments to deduct money from employees' paychecks and give it to a public employee union for the purpose of the union giving the money to Political Action Committees (PACs), which would use it to make campaign contributions to candidates selected by union leaders.
