1) Stop this Bill! p2 by Anonymous Citizen on May 30, 2008 I forgot to say the "distracting" person next to the 16-18 year old might notice something that the "driver" did see. This could save both of their "lives"
2) Stop this Bill! by Anonymous Citizen on May 30, 2008 They cant just single out young new drivers if there going to do this they need to do it towards all ages. There’s plenty of distracted drivers that are middle aged when friends are in the car. People roughly 18-25 drive to fast. Seniors drive to slow, some can barley see over the wheel. Almost everybody talks on a cell phone that isn’t hands free. Why do drivers 16-18 with a level 2 license get singled out? Please tell me!!!
