Kathy Angerer (D) on January 23, 2007, to require the Department of Community Heath to establish a searchable on-line database of details of human clinical trials conducted or sponsored in this state by pharmaceutical makers. House Bill 6568 proposes a mandate that drug makers report details of the trials.
