2006 Senate Bill 1359: Require gas station credit card fee disclosures
  1. Introduced by Sen. Mike Bishop (R) on July 26, 2006, to require gas stations to post a clear and conspicuous notice on each pump disclosing any fees they charge for using a debit or credit card to purchase self-service gasoline.
