Michigan is exempt from taxation without representation. Besides, if all those out of state folks want to come to Michigan to get their tax money worth, they can vacation in this fine state and go to the DSO. Vacationing in Detroit is a great place for the family.

I'd recommend that the sponsor of this ridiculous bill should be ashamed of themself, but it's already probably too late for that...
