Introduced by Rep. Chris Kolb (D) on November 14, 2006, to ban the use of lead shot in hunting, starting in 20 years. Only steel or some other federally approved type of shotgun pellets could be used.

the lead i use kills birds almost instantly, i have yet to see the FLOCKS OF LEAD POISONED BIRDS flocking around michigan, can you show me one?
neither can the federal government.
now, either come up with VERIFIABLE information, from reliable, verifiable sources, or stop saying that lead is a problem with birds. even birds know the difference between lead shot and rocks.

3) wrong by Anonymous Citizen on September 7, 2007 we for the most part just like to be outside without bullets flying everywhere. Also. we like wildlife and if you kill wildlife then they are dead and are sort of different...its hard to explain.... Reply
