Introduced by Rep. Tim Moore (R) on September 14, 2006, to include "biomass stove system" in the law that authorizes various tax breaks and subsidies for the development of "alternative energy." House Bill 6525 defines these stoves as a heater that burns pellets made from wood, corn or switchgrass.
