Introduced by Rep. Gary Newell (R) on February 28, 2006, to provide rules for a health professional licensed in another state who is granted a limited license under House Bill 5758 to act as an expert witness and provide testimony on the appropriate standard of practice or care in a medical malpractice lawsuit in this state.
