To revise provision of the school code that requires a minimum of 180 days of instruction in schools as a condition of state funding, to instead require 1,098 hours of instruction per year (which comes to 6.1 hours a day over 180 days. Also, to remove requirements for incremental yearly increases in the number of school days and hours of instruction.
