What the legislature really should do is pass a law that would clamp down on vehicles "cruising" in the left (or passing) lane on divided highways. Michigan drivers have some of the worst "lane discipline" in the nation.

QUIT TAKING OUR MONEY WITH YOUR STUPID LAWS!

This is a great example of the need for a part time legislature. They get paid for full time work and have nothing to do so they come up with idiocy like this. NO MORE!!!!!
