1) Discimination on the basis of mental illness by Anonymous Citizen on June 23, 2005
As I read this, anyone who is suffering from Depression or other common, treatable mental illnesses would be banned from woking in a nursing home. I guess that would apply to certain legislators also, because you'd have to be nuts to introduce or vote for such a poorly designed piece of legislation
