• Introduced by Sen. Deborah Cherry (D) on June 16, 2005, to authorize alternative process serving methods for non-custodial parents who do not live in the state and who owe delinquent child support. These would include methods such as publishing notices in newspapers where the person lives, or posting them in nearby courthouses.
