I don't believe there is any reason why people can not register to vote 30 days prior to an election, this sounds like another democratic ploy to help get the un-informed, lazy, procrastinating public to go vote democratic.
What's next, polling places at the McDonalds drive through window, and free french fries if you come out and vote?
I am vehemently apposed to this Bill.
