Introduced by Sen. Beverly Hammerstrom (R) on May 24, 2005, to impose restrictions, on the ability of a watercraft manufacturer to revoke dealership agreements, notwithstanding private agreements between the parties, and require a manufacturer to repay certain past expenses incurred by a revoked dealership. The bill also mandates or prohibits certain conditions in a contract between a watercraft manufacturer and dealer, (to the benefit of the dealer).
