2) 2005 Senate Bill 403 (Impose licensure on nutritionists and dietitians )  by admin on January 1, 2001 
Introduced in the Senate on April 21, 2005, to require licensure and regulation of nutritionists and dietitians, and create a Michigan Board of Dietetics and Nutrition to establish licensure and competence assessment requirements for licensees. License applicants would be required to pass a test, and meet certain education standards established in the legislation. The license would cost $75 per year, with a $20 application fee
