Introduced by Sen. Bruce Patterson (R) on March 24, 2005, to authorize a public education specialty license plate containing the phrase "I support better public education," with the net proceeds from its sale going to the state school aid fund that pays for public school operations.

I think it should go directly to teacher inservice in the area of meeting dyslexic needs or paying for yearly membership for special education teachers in the Michigan Dyslexia Association!
