Introduced by Sen. Michael Switalski (D) on January 25, 2005, to increase the fee for certain circuit court transcripts from $1.75 to $3.00 per original page, and 50 cents for each copy page.

When will we elect legislators that won't raise our taxes? Whether it is called taxes, fees, levys, charges or shifts, when will anyone understand that we do not need or want any more money taken out of our wallets. Not now, not ever!

courts are already over paid now. so are all city ,state and federal workers.the people of michigan,are not paid well enough,and we are being taxed to death by our new so called gov.we need to vote her out on the next election.
