  • Introduced by Sen. Ron Jelinek on February 10, 2005, to require the manufacturer of any products containing mercury to affix a label indicating that the device contains mercury, and provide instructions on the proper disposal of the product, and the proper cleanup of the mercury if a leak occurs.
