Introduced by Rep. Brian Palmer (R) on July 13, 2005, to place before voters in the next general election a Constitutional amendment to give the legislative Auditor General specific authority to audit and investigate school districts and intermediate school districts (ISDs).

Do one better. Eliminate ISD'S altogether. They are not needed, just a waste of taxpayers money.
Then audit the school districts and find out where ALL that money is going, which is a LOT!
