Jeff Mayes (D) on October 26, 2005, to clarify that proposed restrictions on water exported outside the Great Lakes watershed do not apply to the water that is contained in agricultural crops or produce. This is part of a groundwater regulation package comprised of House Bills 5366 to 5373.
