1) Maritime Bill by Anonymous Citizen on October 11, 2005 This bill decreases the severity of penities for maritime violations. There is an increasing incidence of boating accidents due to intoxication. With the increasing traffic on Michigan waterways, this is a bad bill. It could increase deaths and injuries attributed to boating accidents. Reply
