• Introduced by Rep. Philip LaJoy (R) on June 23, 2005, to require that 50 percent of a Wayne County parks millage be distributed to the cities, villages and townships of the county, distributed on the basis of how much of the millage is paid by each community. The other half of the millage revenue could be used for county parks.
