Thanks Joe! This ridiculous tax only increases the liklihood Michiganders get their smokes from another source or state.
Repealing the 75 cent/pack tax is a start to returning sanity to this state...good luck!

Although I'm not a smoker and probably would not qualify, I'd do my best to assist smokers who would like to file a discrimination suit against the tax-hiking, give it to others to spend, administration!
