Introduced by Rep. Dudley Spade (D) on June 8, 2005, to prohibit and provide penalties of up to one year in jail and a $5,000 fine for the sale of candy or confections containing hemp, hemp flavoring, or marijuana flavoring.

You Rep. make me sick, keep forcing your chemical drugs down our throats and keep the prohibition of Marajuana strong. Marijuana/Hemp could revolutionize this country and the world!! Marijuana smokers see through the government BS. propaganda on this great Herb that GOD put on this planet for man!

I'm so glad the state is humming along so efficiently that legislators have nothing better to do than outlaw candy. Thank God there are no other problems in Michigan.
