Tom Meyer (R) on June 8, 2005, to eliminate the $50,000 cap on the aggregate agency fees charged to the law enforcement agencies located in a single city or county for access to the Law Enforcement Information Network (L.E.I.N.) system, which is the state’s central registry of criminal background information.
