Introduced by Rep. Aldo Vagnozzi (D) on March 24, 2005, to require schools to adopt a policy prohibiting harassment, intimidation, or bullying; and to require the Department of Education to develop a model policy. The bill also requires schools to train staff in the policy they adopt.

teasing happens in all grades not just the older ones im a student in 8th grade and i have been in youger grades. little kid tease eachother all the time and i cant see them getting in a mess of trouble for making a joke THIS BILL WILL NOT WORK
