Skip the middle-man, Frank. Let's go straight to the source and just tax the Sun. You can still have a credit for brownfields (shady places).

Can we please just make it illegal to work without permission? Then you can decide what jobs we can do, when we can do them, and the trip to Communist-land will be complete.
