Shelley Goodman Taub (R) on March 23, 2005, to transfer the management of the Detroit water and sewer system to a regional authority governed by representatives from include the City of Detroit, and the counties of St. Clair, Lapeer, Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw, Genesee and Wayne.
