Introduced by Rep. Lisa Wojno (D) on February 22, 2005, to increase from $25 to $45 the maximum daily bottle deposit return amount that a retailer is required to pay to a single individual.

ONLY LEGISLATORS WHO RECEIVED DONATIONS FROM THE GROCERS PAC AND THE BEER AND WINE PAC would oppose this bill. If we sincerely want to clean up our state, why should we limit the amount of cans and bottles that can be turned in at one time? Otherwise, folks make more trips to the store, burning more gasoline, and jacking up the cost of returning these items. Go for it.
