3) Birth control by Anonymous Citizen on June 14, 2006 you are correct birth control is costly;however, you are missing the point of the bill. This bill does not address that issue nor should it. Let your congressman now that you would like to see this issue addressed instead of treading on a bill that will do a lot of people good.
