1) Backdoor plan  by Legislative Junkie on February 2, 2005 
This bill requires all school districts to provide kindergarten. While it does not lower the compulsory school starting age, this is a serious backdoor plan to do so. If this becomes law, then eventually, 5 year olds will be required to start school, then possibly 4 or even three year olds! This bill must be stopped!
