Introduced by Rep. Shelley Goodman Taub (R) on February 1, 2005, to revise the licensure requirements and regulations for auctioneers, increase the penalties for violations, increase license fees, and extend the state regulations to cities that do not already have auction regulations which are more stringent.

License fee quadrupled. Expenses of doing business upped by price of a $10,000 bond. New reporting requirement to tell the state who purchased what for how much, so they can chase after you for sales tax, I guess.
NO NEW TAXES. NO NEW TAXES EVEN FOR PEOPLE IN THE MINORITY THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE ME.
