Relief fund for military families

To establish a relief fund to help the families of military reserve and National Guard personnel called to active duty, to be funded by the income tax checkoff proposed by House Bill 5954. Up to $2,000 a year could go to families who are suffering financial stress as a result of the military service, or who have an emergency.
