1) Who isin't?/too loose by Ann Rock on March 30, 2004 driving while "fatigued" can now be used for reckless driving? Is anyone you know not fatigued?
I'm concerned that this definition is way too loose and could be stretched to include anyone. Tighten it up perhaps to someone who fell asleep already at the wheel that trip, or has driven 18 hours straight and a reasonable person could conclude they are "fatigued" What is the military definition of fatigue?
