To require that the annual audits of Intermediate School Districts (ISDs) examine the total compensation and travel expenses of each ISD’s personnel, the ISD’s contracts, expenditures from millage revenue and bond proceeds, and the costs and expenditures for capital improvements. The bill includes a detailed breakdown of the components of each of these items that would be examined. This is one of a number of bills that have been introduced to reform ISDs.
