  • Introduced by Rep. Marc Shulman on February 3, 2004, to require the Department of Environmental Quality to issue new air quality permits within six months of an application being filed, assuming the permit application is administratively complete. If a permit is not issued within this time, the permit would be considered granted. The department would be required to notify an applicant within 60 days whether the application is administratively complete.
