• Introduced by Rep. John Pastor (R) on February 3, 2004, to exempt new or widened driveways up to 200 feet long and 16 feet wide from wetland permit requirements, if the only way to provide access to property is through a wetland, and if the driveway has the least possible impact on the wetland.
