We don't need a micromanaging law that says a woman can't breastfeed while driving. It's ludicrous to make a law laike this. Not only that you're not addressing a man or woman who are bottlefeeding the baby. What about a law that these people cannot have their lapdogs sitting in their lap while driving. That's been more prevelant. There's already a law to drive in a safe manner, that should handle twit thinking.
