The amount expected to be spent in the 2002-2003 school year is $12.545 billion. The budget increases the minimum per-pupil foundation grant to $6,700, an amount which had been reduced in the 2002-2003 school year due to revenue shortfalls. Money to educate their children should be in form of tax credits for children to be applied to school of parents choice. Power (MONEY ) should be in hands of parents not bureocracy. Reply
