2001 House Bill 4656
  1. Introduced by Rep. Paul DeWeese (R) on April 24, 2001, to allow an eligible prisoner to be sentenced to a special alternative incarceration unit (boot camp) within three years of the prisoner’s eligibility for parole, notwithstanding the mandatory minimum sentence that would otherwise be imposed.
