To require the Family Independence Agency to release to the public information on the agency's actions in response to a complaint of child abuse or neglect surrounding the death of a child under the protection of the state, such as a foster child. The agency would be required to release more comprehensive information about abuse cases to a foster care review board, as well as to law enforcement agencies, a physician, a court, a grand jury, the alleged perpetrator, and certain other officials specified in the law.
