Mandate school physical and health education hours

To mandate that public schools provide at least 150 minutes of physical education each week to children in grades K-5; 225 minutes in grades 6-8, and 50 hours of health education annually in all grades. Schools would be required to maintain the same teacher to student ratio for these activities as for regular classes.
