Revise details of “reverse vending machine” subsidies

To require the Department of Treasury to identify “reverse vending machines” (the machines used to collect used beverage containers from consumers and issue them deposit credits) that do not comply with the requirements for these machines established by <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2008-SB-1648">a 2008 law</a> that authorizes reimbursements to stores that acquired machines meeting the standards, and notify them of the reimbursements.
