To require the Department of Community Health to create a health assessment website “to promote healthy behaviors by the citizens of this state through education and awareness.” The site would have interactive tools including quizzes, step-by-step tutorials, and self assessment tests. The department would be required to ensure the privacy and security of information submitted by citizens.
