To expand the scope of the brownfield development law to allow any city that has within its borders a closed "facility" of 140 or more contiguous acres. The bill would limit this to a closed landfill of 140 or more contiguous acres. Projects in approved Brownfield Authorities are eligible for Single Business Tax credits.
