To require automobile or home insurance companies to provide annual reports to the state Insurance Commission which contain the number of policies applied for; the number of policies issued, including renewals; the number of policies canceled or nonrenewed; the written premiums, earned premiums, and loss information; and the race and gender of both applicants and insureds. The report would have to break this information down by zip code.
