To direct various natural resources related revenues, including timber, oil and gas extraction royalty payments, to the Michigan Habitat Trust Fund which would be placed in the Constitution by House Joint Resolution J. The bill would also establish the membership of the board of the new fund, and establish regulations for its operations and the disbursement of money from it.
